You can also boost a role, which means we actively promote it for you, encouraging nannies to switch on their availability or create a new profile to connect with your search.

Yes — you can search by postcode, role type, experience, availability, skills, and much more.

Yes, all of those roles and contract types are searchable, along with many others.

Yes, you can contact candidates directly, but only once both parties have accepted the invitation to connect. Messaging happens through the site, though we recommend moving connections into your own inbox and database once they’re made.

There’s no limit on the number of roles you post, invites you send, or connections you make.

Yes, your agency gets a dedicated profile page, and your logo is displayed alongside your roles — a great extra source of visibility for your brand.

Yes, for the duration of your subscription, your agency directory listing includes a clickable link to your website.

We don’t share exact subscriber numbers, but every agency listed in the directory is a subscribed member. Some agencies use the platform without opting into the directory listing. Read more about our approval process

Yes, membership includes unlimited job postings to the platform and our groups, within reason. If an agency is over-posting, we’ll step in, as it isn’t helpful to the groups or the agency itself.

Yes, you can post across all our public groups. Note that Local Nanny Jobs is a nannies-only group. If you boost a role, we’ll share it within that group on your behalf.

Yes — agencies can earn expert status within the groups over time through consistent, positive posting.

The dashboard lets you upload and manage your roles, and engage directly with potential candidates.

Yes, agencies have full control over uploading and managing their own vacancies. There is also support on hand to refine searches and provide feedback.

Yes — there’s a favourites folder for saving candidates, though we’d always recommend bringing strong candidates into your own ATS/database too.

It lets you add colleagues to your account with full access to the dashboard.

Most agencies use it for direct sourcing through role-specific searches.  They also boost searches to maximise their social search reach, allowing us to manage their social searches, freeing up their recruiters.

4. Create your Agency Portal account — once approved, you can subscribe and access our groups and nanny-finding platform. Create your account

There are no tie-ins — if the groups and platform aren’t right for your agency, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
